In order for our
repair techs to work on your game system we must break the tamper sticker or
stickers on your system thus voiding the original warranty. We suggest you
have it looked over by the manufacturer until the original warranty is over.
However we can repair your system even if it is under warranty with the
manufacturer only if it is clear that we could not restore the manufactures
warranty once we started working on it. We are not an official authorized
video game repair shop which is probably why we actually fix video game systems
as opposed to the manufacturers who just switch out your systems for refurbished
ones. We like to think of our selves as the guys that put in the effort.

we run many different diagnostics on your system depending on
the problem. Diagnostics will take at least 2-3 days for full inspection
and word back from us! Depending on how busy we are it may take sooner.

all efforts will be made to recover your saved games and
music. Extra charge may apply for bigger files and or recovery is
time consuming. (if applicable)

Sometimes consoles have so many problems that the cost to fix
is more than purchasing a new console. We have many consoles to replace
yours if we find it uneconomical to fix. That's when we purchase your console
for parts and credit it toward a refurbished console. (depending on
refurbished units in stock)
